| David Kruse- President |
|

David Kruse is president of CommStock Investments, and AgriVantage, his commodity brokerage, crop insurance and risk management firm in Northwest Iowa . He is also President of Brazil Iowa Farms, LLC, a group of U.S. and Canadian investors, who together pooled their money to invest in the purchase and operation of farmland in Western Bahia, Brazil. In the past 20 plus years he has produced The CommStock Report, an opinionated ag commentary and market analysis available daily on many radio stations covering the greater Midwest . The CommStock Report has also been delivered electronically by subscription since 1985 to thousands of subscribers across the U.S. and Canada . Additionally The CommStock Report is a regular feature of many Midwestern newspapers. As the author of The CommStock Report, he has been called the “Mark Twain of the Plains” for his writing style, his colorful, opinionated commentary and perspective from rural America . David Kruse has been actively engaged in farming since 1973. He manages his family's corn/soybean farm in Northwest Iowa and has extensive personal experience with grain and livestock marketing. He is a founding member of the Organization for Competitive Markets (OCM) and is a member of their International trade Policy Committee. David is a frequent keynote speaker at major U.S. agricultural conferences.

| Matt Rehder |

Matt first joined CommStock Investments in 1998 and is our lead broker. Matt's agricultural background, expertise in technical analysis, attention to detail, organizational skills and easy personality make him the perfect fit for this role at CommStock. Matt lives on and manages his own farm operation in Northwest Iowa , making him keenly aware of the impact daily market movements have on the net result of farm business.

| Rodney Petersen |

Rodney has been farming since 1973. He joined CommStock Investments in March of 2000 after reducing his livestock inventory and having more time on his hands. While Rod is still actively engaged in his farm operation, he is also a licensed commodity broker which is helpful in his role as head of AgriVantage and Royalty Insurance, our crop and property and casualty insurance companies. With his marketing track record and his agricultural background, Rod is our "go to guy" for responding to requests we get for setting up individualized marketing plans.

| Jane Kruse |

Jane joined the family business, CommStock Investments, in 1996 as office manager, after more than a decade of work in higher education administration. Jane works primarily with our radio, newspaper, DTN/Farmdayta, and internet distribution services and assists with the overall day to day operational management of CommStock Investments.

| John Jensen |

John is Director of Information and Financial Services at CommStock Investments. In layman's terms, that means paying the bills and keeping all the computers running. John and his brother started Jensen Farms in 1970 and operate a crop and cattle feedlot operation. He joined CommStock Investments in 1999 to pursue his interests in finance and computers.

| Susan Hartmann |

Susie and her husband operate a crop and livestock farming operation. Susie joined CommStock Investments in the early 90's as office assistant. Since that time, she has handled a multitude of responsibilities, ranging from margin clerk for CommStock Investments to becoming licensed as a crop insurance agent. She works extensively with AgriVantage, our crop insurance company.

Karla's work at CommStock Investments involves handling customer calls, opening new or assisting with existing brokerage accounts and just generally working to create a positive environment for our commodity brokerage and CommStock Report clients. In 2007, she also began working with Royalty Insurance, our P & C insurance company to assist clients with their Property and Casualty insurance needs. She and her husband are active in the Iowa Limousine Association.
